BOT – Build-Operate-Transfer

Zapdesk's Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model provides clients with a flexible solution for delivery, operations, and optimization for a pre-defined period. The BOT model includes services from across the project lifecycle such as design services, build services operations services, the transfer of operations and related project management and consultancy services.

BUILD – Zapdesk navigates through the local laws and customs and establishes a new company in the new location. partner who will handle all the details of establishing your subsidiary and operate it for a defined period. The Client and Zapdesk then work together to select, design and/or build out a facility.

OPERATE - Client outsources work to the Zapdesk for a specified period. During this phase, the Zapdesk staffs and manages the new facility and is responsible for performing the work to Client's specifications. The Client pays the Zapdesk for services rendered

TRANSFER - Client exercises its option transfer ownership, it then owns its captive off- shore presence. Post transfer process we will still support you as your partner to resolve any unexpected outcomes until your team can absolutely take charge and you can fully take over the whole process.
